Ear Works Audiology Patient Care Specialists

Amanda has a B.S. degree in Criminology, but she’s always been drawn to roles where she can connect with people and make a difference in their day-to-day lives. That’s what led her to Ear Works Audiology. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she loves being part of a team that helps people hear better and feel more confident. It’s rewarding for her to know she’s helping patients feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

Kristin is the Patient Care Coordinator for our Massapequa office. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Molloy College. Kristin is the smiling face you will see when you come to our office. She does her best to create a positive experience for all our patients. She chose to pursue Audiology because she is able to help patients by answering their questions and providing exceptional care in all her responsibilities.

Kristin enjoys dancing, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to working with Ear Works Audiology and becoming an important part of the family.

Ashley Donovan is our Patient Care Coordinator in our Great Neck office. She joined the team in 2024, starting in our Wading River office. Ashley has an extensive background working with the public and has always felt a passion for the medical field. When she joined the Ear Works team, she quickly learned what a rewarding career this offers. She enjoys being part of the journey of watching patients get their spark for life back. She strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for their patients. In Ashley’s spare time, she enjoys reading and trying new foods with her partner, and spending time with her dog.

Gabriella Donovan is our Patient Care Coordinator in our Babylon office. She joined the team in 2024. Gabriella is a dedicated team member at Ear Works Audiology, passionate about helping patients regain their hearing and experience the joy of sound again. From a young age, she has always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and working for Ear Works allows her to do that. Seeing the smiles on patients’ faces when they can hear again is the most rewarding part of her job. Outside of work she enjoys listening to singer Post Malone, and watching beautiful sunsets.

Karen joined our Ear Works Audiology team in 2023. Karen has had a long fulfilling career working in the healthcare field for over 30 years. It is her goal to help assist with the process of the medical insurance that is provided for services rendered at our offices in order to make patient’s experiences as stress free as possible. Karen enjoys working with a team of dedicated colleagues who enjoy helping people and the community through better hearing and balance.

In her spare time Karen loves spending time at the beach, sporting events, and outdoors with her friends and loved ones.

Lauren Faulds joined Ear Works Audiology in 2020 as the Patient Care Coordinator for our Lake Success office. Seeing each patient’s reaction when they come out of their hearing aid pick up appointment brings her great joy. She enjoys being a part of the beauty of helping people hear again.

Lauren loves spending time with her family, walking by the beach, hiking, and watching documentaries.

Lizbeth Fernandez is our patient care coordinator for our Commack office, she joined our team February 2024. She enjoys creating a bond with the patients and being able to give them the most positive experience in person and over the phone. She has realized how much hearing loss can affect a person and the people around them and she has found enjoyment in seeing how much a person’s life changes once they’re able to hear again. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing outdoor activities.

Kathy Johnson is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Port Jefferson Station office. When asked why choose Ear Works Audiology, she says there is nowhere else you will receive the personal attention, the camaraderie, and the professionalism you will find here. The patients Kathy works with are what makes her job special; she has made many new “friends.” She finds it a joy to see the transformation of someone who starts out not really wanting to address their hearing issues to someone who will say, “you changed my life!” Kathy hears that sentiment regularly.

Lisa LaRocca is the patient care coordinator in our Nesconset office. With several years of experience in patient care, Lisa brings compassion, warmth, and a friendly face to every interaction. She has a natural ability to make patients feel at ease, often turning first visits into lasting relationships. Her helpful and welcoming nature makes her an integral part of our team, and her dedication ensures that every patient feels like family from the moment they walk through our doors.

Lisa brings joy and creativity to our office year-round by transforming her Christmas tree to match every season and holiday. From spring florals to patriotic summer themes, autumn harvests to whimsical winter displays, her ever-changing tree has become a beloved centerpiece that brightens the workplace and lifts everyone’s spirits.

Krystle Parrino has been with Ear Works Audiology since 2018. She has over a decade of experience in medical billing and provider credentialing. It is her goal to help assist with the process of the medical insurance that is provided for services rendered at our offices in order make patient’s experiences as stress free as possible. Krystle enjoys working with a team of dedicated colleagues who enjoy helping people and the community through better hearing and balance.

Krystal teaches dance in her free time. When she isn’t working or teaching, she loves being with her kids.

Elizabeth Marchbein is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has years of experience in customer service as well as in the dental field, which gave her a strong foundation to transition to the hearing industry. Elizabeth has a personal connection to hearing loss as she is deaf in one ear. When she discovered the opportunity to join Ear Works Audiology, she knew it would be the perfect fit. Now, she loves making meaningful connections with patients and knowing she can be a positive part of their journey to better hearing and a better quality of life.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her dog, knitting, baking, paper crafting, and being outdoors with her partner.

Meghan Rogers is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Bethpage office. Meghan had previous experience in the psychiatric field. She sees the responsibilities of the care coordinator as extending from the initial interview to ongoing assessments of each patient’s needs.She finds that many new patients are unsure of what to expect when they come to our office and feels her job is to listen carefully to the concerns of the patient in order to provide the appropriate guidance. Meghan has found at Ear Works a group of like-minded individuals who always put the best interests of patients first. “It makes my job easier to know that I work alongside a great team.”
