About Ear Works Audiology
Drs. Victoria Kopec and Toni Zanetti founded Ear Works Audiology in 2001. Our practice includes locations across the New York and Long Island area. We established this audiology practice to provide professional hearing healthcare services to Long Islanders. Ear Works Audiology has grown to be one of the largest private practices on Long Island today.
We have 11 offices throughout Nassau and Suffolk. Our team consists of 13 licensed audiologists and 11 patient care specialists. Because of our wonderful staff, we have been able to serve thousands of Long Island residents.
Drs. Kopec and Zanetti along with their entire staff have been devoted to helping Long Islanders hear well. From diagnostics to management, the professionals at Ear Works Audiology know what works best for your ears; and we will work with you to provide the best options and hearing solutions.

Toni Zanetti
Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Toni Zanetti, Au.D., is one of the co-founders of Ear Works Audiology. She established the practice in 2001, with Dr. Victoria Kopec, and practices primarily in the Garden City location. Dr. Zanetti’s clinical area of expertise is diagnostic Audiology, specializing in speech/language and developmentally delayed children. Dr. Zanetti regularly attends continuing education seminars to maintain proficiency in cutting edge ideas, theories, and techniques in Pediatric Audiology.

Victoria Kopec
Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Victoria Kopec, Au.D., is one of the co-founders of Ear Works Audiology. She established the practice in 2001, with Dr. Toni Zanetti, and practices primarily in the Nesconset and Port Jefferson locations. Dr. Kopec’s clinical expertise includes presenting educational seminars to the community on hearing loss and hearing aids, as well as the evaluation and fitting of amplification and diagnostic testing for all ages. She regularly attends continuing education seminars to maintain her expertise in the latest advancements in hearing aid technology.

Sarah Greenberg
Practice Manager
Sarah Greenberg is the Practice Manager of Ear Works Audiology. She started with the company in 2014 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She has worked with patients in all of our locations and continues to do so. Sarah currently oversees all staff development and patient care. In order to make sure our patients receive the best care possible, Sarah attends training and seminars on staff development. Sarah believes it is such a rewarding experience helping our patients receive the care they need on their journey to better hearing.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Katherine Andreadis
Audiologist
Lake Success
Katherine Andreadis, Au.D., began working with Ear Works Audiology in 2016 and works primarily in the Lake Success location. Dr. Andreadis has been practicing clinical audiology for over 15 years. Her clinical expertise includes diagnostic audiometric testing for pediatric through geriatric populations, diagnostic testing for special populations, and hearing aid fitting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Audiology, and her doctoral degree in Audiology. Dr. Andreadis is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She attends continuing education seminars in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid technology to maintain her expertise in the field. Dr. Andreadis is inspired to help people hear and help them communicate and connect with their loved ones.
Outside of the office, Dr. Andreadis enjoys traveling, trying new cuisine, hiking, and being with her family and friends.

Lindsay Block
Audiologist
Bethpage
Dr. Lindsay Block began working with Ear Works Audiology in 2007 while pursuing her doctoral degree in Audiology. She graduated from the Long Island Audiology Consortium through Hofstra University in 2010. Lindsay currently works out of our Bethpage location seeing patients for diagnostic audiometric testing and hearing aid fittings.
Lindsay has family members with Central Auditory Processing Disorders as well as hearing loss and has personally seen how it can negatively affect communication. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to help improve these difficulties for others and enhance their communication with their loved ones.
Lindsay grew up on the south shore of Long Island and loves being part of that community. When not seeing patients or keeping up with the latest developments in hearing technology, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying out new baking recipes.

Anne Capogna
Audiologist
West Islip
Anne Capogna, Au.D., has been with Ear Works Audiology since 2010. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from the Long Island Consortium in 2010 and has been working to improve the hearing of Long Islanders ever since. Dr. Capogna became an audiologist because she wanted to improve her patients’ quality of life by giving them back the gift of communication. She specializes in diagnostic audiological evaluations, tinnitus, and fitting of hearing devices for all ages.
Outside of the office Dr. Capogna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.

Jennifer Costa
Diagnostic Audiologist
Jennifer Costa, Au.D. has been working at Ear Works Audiology since 2018. She earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University, her master’s degree in audiology from Hofstra University, and her doctorate of audiology from the University of Florida. She specializes in diagnostic hearing testing for adults and pediatrics as well as balance evaluations and evoked potential testing. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience practicing audiology. She enjoys helping patients get to the root of their problem. Whether it’s a sudden hearing loss or episode of vertigo, she always goes above and beyond to provide her patients with answers.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons, as well as with their dogs. She loves being outdoors and in nature.

Lisa McDevitt
Audiologist
Massapequa
Dr. Lisa McDevitt began working with Ear Works Audiology in 2016 and works primarily in the Massapequa location. She received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Connecticut in 2008 and has 14 years of diverse clinical experience. She comes to Ear Works after working at Weill Cornell Medicine hospital in NYC for 7 years and was an adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan College teaching undergraduate students. Her first position in audiology was at Lexington School for the Deaf in Queens. Her clinical expertise includes diagnostic audiometric testing for pediatric through geriatric populations. Dr. McDevitt specializes in audiologic rehabilitation, including the selection and fitting of amplification and hearing assistive technology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and regularly attends educational seminars to maintain her expertise in the latest advancements in the field.
When Dr. McDevitt was 18, she experienced hearing loss due to a bad ear infection. Luckily her hearing loss was only temporary, but it helped her understand how frustrating and isolating hearing loss can be. She changed her major the next year at college and has been dedicated to making people aware of how important hearing healthcare is.
In her spare time, Dr. McDevitt enjoys barre and yoga classes, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Meredith Moore
Audiology Manager
Garden City
Meredith Moore, Au.D., has been working with Ear Works Audiology since January of 2009 in the Garden City and Great Neck locations. She received her Master of Arts in Audiology from St. John’s University in 2001 and her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University in 2009. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in the testing, selection, and fitting of hearing aids for pediatric through geriatric populations. Dr. Moore is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) as well as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She regularly attends educational seminars to maintain her expertise in the latest advancements in diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid technology. She enjoys having the opportunity to help patients hear better so they can live better.
When she is not working, Dr. Moore enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Camden Orologio
Audiologist
Great Neck
Dr. Camden Orologio received his doctorate degree from the Long Island Audiology Consortium completing clinical rotations in both private practice and hospital settings. His desire to pursue a degree in Audiology stems from the ability to integrate state of the art technology into healthcare. He has experience working in a variety of settings from hospitals to private practice. His clinical expertise includes diagnostic testing as well as hearing aid selection and fitting. With an in-depth understanding of the most up-to-date hearing aid technology, he is able to match patients with devices specifically catered for their lifestyles. As a long-time native of Long Island, he enjoys helping the community and integrating the latest technology with patient care to help patients hear at the most optimal level possible.
In his free time, Dr. Orologio enjoys playing and watching sports, and spending time with his two French Bulldogs.

Alyssa Pfaffe
Audiologist
Lake Success, Syosset
Alyssa Pfaffe, Au.D., has been working at Ear Works Audiology since 2019 across our Suffolk and Nassau County locations. She obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Towson University. She has trained underneath the top researchers in the field and sat in on multiple cochlear implant surgeries. Dr. Pfaffe has experience working in various settings including ENTs, private practices, educational audiology, and cleft palate clinics. Her clinical expertise is in diagnostic audiometric testing, videonystagmography (VNG), and hearing aid fitting and dispensing for pediatric through geriatric populations. Dr. Pfaffe enjoys helping patients hear again so they reconnect with their loved ones.
Dr. Pfaffe is a published author of: Normative Psychoacoustic Data Using the Portable Automated Rapid Testing (PART) iPad application. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Nadine Sanfratello
Audiologist
Commack, Nesconset
Dr. Nadine Sanfratello, Au.D., has worked with Ear Works Audiology since 2007. She sees patients in our Commack and Nesconset offices. Her clinical expertise includes diagnostic testing for pediatric through geriatric populations and she specializes in fitting our patients with hearing devices and helping to improve their quality of life. Dr. Sanfratello is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) as well as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She regularly attends educational seminars to maintain her expertise in the latest advancements in diagnostic assessments and hearing device technology.
Dr. Sanfratello takes pride in helping patients hear better and live better. She is always trying to give her patients the best possible communication abilities because she believes that is what they deserve.
When she is not working, Dr. Sanfratello enjoys the beach during the warmer weather, biking, and spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Jennifer Savickis
Audiologist
Port Jefferson Station
Jennifer Savickis Au.D., has been working at Ear Works Audiology since 2006 in the Port Jefferson office. Dr. Savickis has almost 30 years of audiology experience with particular interest in improving the quality of life for her patients and their families through better hearing using the newest advances in hearing technology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology; Master of Arts in Audiology; Doctorate in Audiology; and she holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Savickis has worked in hospitals and private practices, where she specialized in hearing and balance disorders, diagnostic hearing testing, and hearing aid dispensing for pediatric and adult populations. She loves working with people and helping bring them closer to their families through better hearing.
Studies have suggested that untreated hearing loss can increase risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Dr. Savickis’s drive and passion with audiology and working at Ear Works Audiology is to help keep the brain stimulated and active to keep her patients connected to their families and friends. She believes being happy and socializing is part of having a long life.
Dr. Savickis enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, she can also be found outside in her garden or around the firepit.

Melissa Taylor
Audiologist
Wading River
Melissa Taylor, Au.D., joined Ear Works Audiology in 2014 and has almost 25 years of experience as an Audiologist. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Audiology from St. John’s University and with her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, and a hospital setting in both Queens and Elmhurst Hospitals. Her clinical expertise includes the fitting of hearing aids and diagnostic audiometric testing for pediatric through geriatric populations. Dr. Taylor enjoys helping people on a daily basis. Providing high quality hearing healthcare and helping people to hear better is a special way she is able to make a difference in her patient’s lives. Being the mom of a severely hearing-impaired son has given her a personal connection to the field of audiology.
In her free time, Dr. Taylor enjoys being with her family and her pets, which includes dogs, cats, and horses.

Jessica Verni
Audiologist
Port Jefferson Station
Jessica Verni, Au.D., has been with Ear Works Audiology since 2018. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s College, a Doctorate of Audiology from Hofstra University, and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Long Island Speech-Language-Hearing Association (LISHA). She completed her fourth-year placement at a private practice in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Verni’s clinical expertise includes diagnostic testing for pediatric through geriatric populations. She specializes in the selection and fitting of hearing devices, vestibular evaluations and treatment, tinnitus management, hearing conservation programs, and newborn infant hearing screening and state reporting. Dr. Verni enjoys getting to know patients through their experiences with sound and communication and being able to help them on their journey towards better hearing.
Dr. Verni enjoys DIY projects and crafting, as well as spending her free time with her husband and two children.
Lynn Alampi
Diagnostic Audiologist
Dr. Lynn Alampi has been with Ear Works Audiology since 2008 as a diagnostician and hearing aid dispenser. After taking some time to raise a family, she returned to work in the Lake Success office with a focus on diagnostic and electrophysiology testing. Dr. Alampi received her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College in Maryland; Master of Arts in Audiology from St. John’s University; and Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Her clinical experience is in diagnostic testing for pediatric through geriatric populations with a specialization in the assessment of hearing and balance related disorders. Dr. Alampi has a passion for helping people. She loves sharing a vision in dedication to patient care and improving people’s lives through audiological care.
In her free time, Dr. Alampi enjoys being with her family and friends. She can also be found at the beach, kickboxing, golfing, or stand-up paddle boarding.
Elizabeth Hirt
Diagnostic Audiologist
Dr. Elizabeth Hirt obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Montclair State University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Hirt’s clinical experience includes diagnostic testing for pediatric through geriatric populations as well as fitting patients of all ages with hearing aids. She has worked with a wide range of patients and has used a variety of testing methods including Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) to evaluate hearing and vestibular disorders. Dr. Hirt has family members with hearing loss and knew she wanted to help hearing impaired individuals improve their communication and quality of life. She enjoys meeting new patients and having the opportunity to help them with their hearing and balance difficulties.
Dr. Hirt enjoys spending time with her family and friends outside of work.

Rachael McAree
Diagnostic Audiologist
Rachael has been with the Ear Works team since 2019. She received her Master of Science in Audiology from Adelphi University. She has worked in conjunction with various primary care physicians and otolaryngologists through Long Island and NYC for the past 15 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including Hospitals and private practices. Rachael has over a decade of hands-on experience, specializing in diagnostic testing of pediatric and adult populations. Her main areas of focus include the assessment of hearing and balance related disorders, utilizing state of the art diagnostic technology, and comprehensive evaluations to identify audiologic and vestibular impairments.
Rachel takes pride in helping people who struggle with hearing loss and dizziness and uses an empathetic, patient centered approach in her diagnostic assessments. She strives to create a welcoming environment and takes her time to build a sense of trust and rapport while addressing patient concerns.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Ilona Mushailova
Diagnostic Audiologist
Dr. Ilona Mushailova, Au.D., joined Ear Works Audiology in June of 2022. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Long Island Consortium and has her hearing aid certification. Her experience spans across a variety of settings, including a Veteran Hospital, pediatric ENT practice, and a medical center. Her clinical experience includes diagnostic assessment of hearing, electrophysiological testing balance related disorders and fitting of amplification devices, from pediatric through geriatric populations. Dr. Mushailova enjoys providing the best patient care possible to every patient she meets.
In her free time, Dr. Mushailova enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In the summers she loves to travel and visit the beach.

Kristen Callahan
Patient Care Coordinator, Syosset
Kristin is the Patient Care Coordinator for our Massapequa office. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Molloy College. Kristin is the smiling face you will see when you come to our office. She does her best to create a positive experience for all our patients. She chose to pursue Audiology because she is able to help patients by answering their questions and providing exceptional care in all her responsibilities.
Kristin enjoys dancing, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to working with Ear Works Audiology and becoming an important part of the family.
Lori Frank
Patient Care Coordinator, Commack
Lori Frank is the Patient Care Coordinator for our Commack office. She has a B.A. in Communications and over 10 years of experience as an administrative and medical assistant in a pediatric office setting. She enjoys meeting and assisting all the patients she sees, whatever their needs may be. Lori has several deaf family members, some who wear cochlear implants. Seeing how hearing loss affected them made her want to pursue a career working with others who have hearing loss.
In her free time, Lori loves spending time with her newborn granddaughter and dining out with friends.
Kathy Johnson
Patient Care Coordinator, Port Jefferson Station
Kathy Johnson is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Port Jefferson Station office. When asked why choose Ear Works Audiology, she says there is nowhere else you will receive the personal attention, the camaraderie, and the professionalism you will find here. The patients Kathy works with are what makes her job special; she has made many new “friends.” She finds it a joy to see the transformation of someone who starts out not really wanting to address their hearing issues to someone who will say, “you changed my life!” Kathy hears that sentiment regularly.

Samantha Gellineau
Patient Care Coordinator
Wading River
Samantha Gellineau is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Wading River office. She joined the Ear Works Audiology team in 2018. Samantha enjoys being able to get to know not only the patients and their families, but also her fellow coworkers on a more personal level. She is able to work closely with all of those around her.
Samantha enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends, and two sons who keep her very busy.
Joy Levine
Lead Patient Care Coordinator, Syosset
Joy Levine is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Syosset office. She has years of experience working in the medical filed and has been exposed to the optical, pediatric, and neurology areas of medicine. Before joining our team, Joy was a medical assistant for a large pediatric practice where she developed skills to communicate with different types of personalities. Now, Joy takes great pride building and maintaining relationships with the patients who come to Ear Works Audiology. She loves what she does and will always go above and beyond to help our patients. Working with our team has been a positive experience for Joy and she greatly encourages more people to get involved in the field of Audiology.
Joy volunteers her free time at the Alzheimer’s Foundation and Polycystic Kidney Foundation. These two foundations are very close to home for her and she gives her spare time to them as best as she can. She also enjoys playing tennis.

Lexus Mills
Patient Care Coordinator
West Islip
Lexus Mills is our friendly Patient Care Coordinator for the West Islip office. She joined the Ear Works Audiology team in 2022. She has an associate degree in Occupational Therapy and Medical Business and Office Administration Diploma. Before joining our team, she worked as a massage therapist in Upper East Side in Manhattan. Lexus has always wanted to help people any way that she could. Now, as part of the Ear Works Audiology team, she is able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. She enjoys meeting new people, getting to know their stories, and helping them navigate the start of their hearing journey.
Lexus enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, whether that is doing outdoor activities or staying in, cooking, and watching a movie. She also loves to bake.

Arianna Naidu
Patient Care Coordinator
Great Neck
Arianna Naidu is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Great Neck office. She has experience using data to perform analytical tasks and charting tasks related to patient information. She communicates with patients about their status and condition through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face conversations. She excels at managing personnel schedules for finding the best fit for appointments and meetings. Arianna loves being able to have personal relationships with our patients. Being able to help patients the best possible way to make them happy and improve their outcomes is Arianna’s priority. She always knew she wanted to work in the medical field but didn’t know which category best suited her. Then she found Audiology and learned of its impact on other’s lives. She believes hiding your hearing loss is more obvious than any set of hearing aids.
Arianna loves to cook and complete artistic projects.
Krystle Parrino
Insurance Specialist, Nesconset
Krystle Parrino has been with Ear Works Audiology since 2018. She has over a decade of experience in medical billing and provider credentialing. It is her goal to help assist with the process of the medical insurance that is provided for services rendered at our offices in order make patient’s experiences as stress free as possible. Krystle enjoys working with a team of dedicated colleagues who enjoy helping people and the community through better hearing and balance.
Krystal teaches dance in her free time. When she isn’t working or teaching, she loves being with her kids.

Justin Sullivan
Patient Care Coordinator
Bethpage
Justin Sullivan joined Ear Works Audiology in 2022 as the Patient Care Coordinator for the Bethpage location. He holds a degree in Communications and has years of experience in customer service. Justin enjoys assisting patients and providing an excellent customer experience to those who visit our office.
In his free time Justin enjoys making music.

Lauren Faulds
Patient Care Coordinator
Lake Success
Lauren Faulds joined Ear Works Audiology in 2020 as the Patient Care Coordinator for our Lake Success office. Seeing each patient’s reaction when they come out of their hearing aid pick up appointment brings her great joy. She enjoys being a part of the beauty of helping people hear again.
Lauren loves spending time with her family, walking by the beach, hiking, and watching documentaries.

Elizabeth Marchbein
Patient Care Coordinator
Elizabeth Marchbein is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has years of experience in customer service as well as in the dental field, which gave her a strong foundation to transition to the hearing industry. Elizabeth has a personal connection to hearing loss as she is deaf in one ear. When she discovered the opportunity to join Ear Works Audiology, she knew it would be the perfect fit. Now, she loves making meaningful connections with patients and knowing she can be a positive part of their journey to better hearing and a better quality of life.
In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her dog, knitting, baking, paper crafting, and being outdoors with her partner.
